This shoe was inspired by the release of Bostonian George Jung, the basis for the movie Blow, after serving nearly 20 years for cocaine smuggling. The shoe features an Off-White suede upper with a two-tone white and blood red sole. In December 2015, Concepts dropped a sequel colorway in the form of the ASICS Gel Respector 'Coca.'
